We ship worldwide from our office in Mumbai via reputed courier partners and shipping is free within India. For international orders, shipping fee is calculated at checkout. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. RUDRAKSH DWIVEDI is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. Once your order has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-4 working days*.

Order Processing Time

All order are processed and dispatched within 2 weeks from the order confirmation date.We do undertake urgent orders at special request with lower processing time however such orders are subject to an additional expedite fee.

REFUND POLICY

Our products are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. You agree to our terms and conditions while placing an order. We do not offer any exchange or returns once an order is placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

We have a NO RETURN & EXCHANGE Policy at Rudraksh Dwivedi as all products are specially made on order. However, if you receive a product other than what you have ordered you can contact us via e-mail or whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery and we can exchange the same for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances by the Customer.

Rudraksh Dwivedi reserves the right to cancel an order under any unforeseen circumstances. We will refund your payment (if prepaid) within 30 working days. Kindly note that payment gateways may take upto 40 days to credit such an amount to your account.
