Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our office in Mumbai via reputed courier partners and shipping is free within India. For international orders, shipping fee is calculated at checkout. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. RUDRAKSH DWIVEDI is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. Once your order has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-4 working days*.

*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order. RUDRAKSH DWIVEDI cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

Order Processing Time

All order are processed and dispatched within 2 weeks from the order confirmation date.

We do undertake urgent orders at special request with lower processing time however such orders are subject to an additional expedite fee.
